About the Project
Legendbeds is a program designed to automate all your hotel processes in one place. It allows you to manage room logistics, cleaning staff and their events, room availability, and much more. This software provides a comprehensive solution for hotel management.
Objectives
- Centralize all hotel management processes on a single platform.
- Improve the efficiency and organization of hotel staff and resources.
- Offer an intuitive and user-friendly interface for hotel administrators.
- Implement a coherent and attractive design system to enhance user experience.
Methodology
Benchmarking: A benchmark was conducted to compare the top hotel management apps such as Doorloop, Cloudbeds, Pxsol, and RMS Cloud.
Wireframes: Based on the analysis, an initial phase of wireframes was created to define the necessary structure and functionality of the software.
Section Development: The following sections were developed: Dashboard, Calendar, Reservations, Floormap, Rooms, Guests, Frontdesk, Housekeeping, Reports, and Settings.
Design System: A design system was created to standardize a coherent design style throughout the project.
High Fidelity: Each screen was detailed for the development phase, with a primary focus on desktop format.
Results
Currently, the project is in the beta phase, and some hotels in Venezuela are already using Legendbeds as their management system in their properties and hotel businesses. Initial feedback indicates a significant improvement in operational efficiency and administrative staff satisfaction.
