About the Project
Digitel has been one of Legendsoft’s oldest clients. In the past, Legendsoft was responsible for creating Digitel’s intranet, the internal platform where the company channeled, organized, and automated all its telephony processes. Digitel is one of the oldest and most recognized telecommunications companies in Venezuela. Today, they have once again sought Legendsoft’s quality work to upgrade their intranet to a more dynamic and modern version.
Objectives
- Update and modernize Digitel’s internal intranet platform.
- Improve the user interface and user experience for Digitel employees.
- Ensure the new intranet aligns with current brand standards and technology.
- Provide comprehensive support and training materials for the new platform.
Methodology
Modern Template: The intranet was adapted to a more modern template that meets current standards.
Design in Figma: All screen flows were designed in Figma, outlining design styles that align with the current brand identity.
Comprehensive Support: Legendsoft provided continuous support throughout the project, including the preparation of guidance materials on how to use the platform.
Development in WordPress: The new intranet was built using WordPress to ensure flexibility and ease of use.
Results
The project is successfully completed, with Digitel’s intranet upgraded to a modern, dynamic platform. The new intranet enhances operational efficiency and user experience. Initial feedback from Digitel employees indicates high satisfaction with the new design and functionality, and the provided training materials have facilitated a smooth transition to the new system.
